Our providers, support staff and administrative employees all are committed to providing a humane, caring environment that respects our patient’s dignity, while acting both as the patient’s individual health advocate and as their advocate with the community at large to ensure that they receive the health care services they need.
CDCHC’s providers, support staff and administrative employees enjoy a collegial environment where employees are encouraged to learn and grow. CDCHC is able to accommodate a variety of work schedules, with almost half of our staff maintaining a regular part time schedule.
Almost 40 percent of our employees have been with CDCHC for at least five years, and almost 20 percent having been with CDCHC for ten years or greater.
